The RRC Picnic Sprint Regatta (featuring the Bradley Trophy) is to be held on the Torrens on Saturday 11 May from 7:30am.

 

 

7:30am Bradley Trophy

Torrens Lake

Time trial over 1.3 km for Open and Master's Singles and Pairs

Entries will be accepted from members of recognized rowing clubs.

Racing will be from the Uni Footbirdge to Riverside landing (approx 1300m)

Briefing at 7:00am

A $5 single seat fee (or included if entered in Picnic Spring Regatta) will be charged

8:30am Picnic Sprint Regatta

A wide range of events will be on offer, and other clubs will be invited to participate. Racing will start at 8.30am and should conclude at approx midday and will be from the Weir to Morphett Street bridge.

A lunch will follow the regatta, and the bar will be open.

The regatta will be conducted entirely by RRC members. As RSA will not be involved entries cannot be made through Rowing Manager, so RRC will receive these entries. In order to participate a rower must be a member of a recognized rowing club, but does not need to be registered with RSA to compete in regattas

A single seat fee of $10 will be charged.
